Orders that have not been shipped may be canceled directly within 48 hours after the order is placed. Orders placed more than 48 hours ago or orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled. 2. Order cancellation request process

• Our customer support team will promptly review your request. Once approved, you will be notified of the result and a refund will be arranged accordingly.

3. Refund processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original bank card used for payment, including Visa and MasterCard. Depending on the processing efficiency of the card issuing institution, refunds are generally credited within 1 to 5 working days. 4. Additional information

Cancellation eligibility is determined based on the order status at the time the request is received. Once an order enters preparation or shipment, cancellation is no longer available and the return process will apply instead.
