Glossnooks (hereinafter referred to as “we”, “us”, or “our”) operates exclusively as an online store. These Shipping Terms explain delivery coverage, shipping fees, order processing time, estimated delivery timelines, tracking methods, and related responsibilities to help you understand how orders are shipped and delivered.

1. Delivery Coverage

We currently provide delivery services within the United States only. Delivery services to locations outside the United States are not available at this time.

2. Shipping Fees

Orders with a total value of 89.99 or more qualify for free delivery. Orders with a total value below 89.99 are subject to a flat shipping fee of 9.99.

All applicable taxes and any mandatory shipping-related charges are included in the product prices displayed on our website. No additional fees are required beyond the total amount shown at checkout.

3. Order Cutoff Time

Our standard order processing hours are Monday through Friday, from 08:00 to 18:00 (CT).

  • Orders placed and successfully paid for before 18:00 will begin processing on the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 18:00 will begin processing on the next business day.
  • If an order is placed on a non-working day, processing will begin on the next available business day.

4. Order Handling Time

Once payment is confirmed, orders enter the handling stage. Standard handling time is 1–3 business days. During this period, we verify order details, prepare the items, package the parcel, and arrange shipment. Please note that handling time does not include transportation time.

5. Estimated Delivery Time

After dispatch, the estimated overall delivery timeframe is 7–10 business days. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the delivery address, carrier operations, and shipment volume during peak periods.

6. Shipping Carriers

To ensure stable and reliable delivery, shipments may be handled by one or more established carriers, including UPS, DHL, FedEx, and the United States Postal Service (USPS).

7. Order Tracking

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number, payment details, and carrier information (where applicable).

You may also visit the “Order Tracking” page on our website and enter the email address or phone number used at checkout together with the corresponding order number to view the latest order status.

8. Responsibility Statement

  • Product damage or loss: If your package is damaged, missing, or lost during transportation, please contact us promptly after delivery so we can assist with verification and resolution.
  • Shipment changes or cancellations: Once an order has been shipped or handed over to the carrier, changes, rerouting, or cancellations may no longer be possible.
  • Delivery address accuracy: Please ensure that your delivery address information is accurate and complete. Delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete address details may be handled according to the actual circumstances and carrier policies.

9. Delivery Acceptance Notes

We recommend inspecting the package upon receipt. If any visible damage, tampering, or irregularities are found, please take photos (and/or videos) as evidence and contact us as soon as possible for assistance.
